Gravity Feed


Characteristics and applicability


Relying on the material falling by its own weight, two sets of solenoid valves and cylinders drive the two-position single-arc door to realize the coarse and fine feeding of materials.


It is suitable for powder and granular bulk materials with good fluidity, such as synthetic resin (PP, PS, PE, ABS, EPS, etc.), chemical fertilizer (urea, compound fertilizer, etc.), grain (cereals, beans, corn, etc.) and other chemical raw materials.


Double Screw Feeding


Characteristics and applicability


It adopts a large and small double screw arranged in parallel to implement the mandatory feeding of materials, the specification and shape of the screw and the power of the motor can be decided according to the specific conditions of the materials and the specific requirements for packaging, and it is driven by the motor with gear or cycloid reducer, and it can be used to control the rotational speed of the screw with frequency conversion.


It is suitable for fine powder materials with poor fluidity and easy bridging, and occasions with high requirements for packaging capacity, such as salt, alkali, flour, dyes, mineral powder and other kinds of powder materials.


Belt type feeding


Characteristics and applicability


Feeding adopts miniature belt conveyor to realize coarse and fine feeding by changing the rotating speed of the belt conveyor and controlling the thickness of the material layer. It is suitable for materials with poor fluidity, light specific gravity and irregular shape but need to keep their original shape, such as sulfur, lye, alcohol ether, etc.
