Double screw feeding

Features and applicability

A large and a small parallel layout of the double helix material mandatory feeding, spiral specifications and shapes, motor power can be determined according to the specific situation of the material and the specific requirements of packaging, motor with gear or cycloid reducer drive, can be used to control the speed of the screw frequency control.

Suitable for poor fluidity, easy to bridge the fine powder materials, and the packaging capacity requirements of the occasion, such as salt, alkali, flour, dye, mineral powder and other powdery materials.

Belt feeding

Features and applicability

Feeding using miniature belt machine, by changing the speed of the belt machine and control the thickness of the material layer to achieve the thickness of feeding. It is suitable for materials with poor fluidity, light specific gravity and irregular shape, such as sulfur, caustic soda, alcohol ether, etc.
